Hangzhou Zaka Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd built the Mizah app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Hangzhou Zaka Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Mizah ("we," "us," or "our") takes the private nature of your information very seriously. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The Personal Information that We collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Our app may collect data from open platforms such as Facebook, in order to enhance your user experience and provide personalized content. We understand the importance of protecting your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

By using our app and connecting with open platforms, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, We may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, e.g. users name, pictures, and we may use your Facebook account information to authenticate and authorize your access to our app. The information that We request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Account Information we collect

You give us information about you when you register for Mizah. Those information we import from your connected social media account (Apple ID, Google, Facebook, Snapchat) in order to set up your profile, including your nickname as it appears on your social media profile, your user ID and your profile picture. We use this information to create your Mizah account for providing the Services in accordance with your request.

You may choose to provide us with your phone number and a password, which is only your option and not mandatory. These will be bound to your Mizah account, for the purpose of enabling login by phone number. If you choose to bind your phone number with your Mizah account, you will have the option to login via your phone number and we will access your phone number to verify you as a user. User service information: any information that you provide in communication with us, when you seek our technical or user services support, exercise your right as the information subject.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Third-party information collection details

• Basic equipment information, including equipment brand, equipment manufacturer, equipment model number, equipment name, equipment system type and version, equipment basic configuration, equipment basic settings, equipment environment.
• Device identification information, MAC address, Android ID, IDFV (Identifier For Vendor), IDFA (Identity for Advertisers), OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier), device serial number.
• Device network information, including network access form, wireless router identification (BSSID, SSID, MAC) and IP address, WIFI list, network operator information, network base station information, network connection status.
• Device application information, including SDK host application package name and version number.

App Permissions Request

Our app requests only essential sensitive permissions to support core features such as voice chat rooms, voice calls, and messaging. All permissions are requested only when needed and are clearly disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

• Camera & Microphone are used for voice chat rooms, voice calls, and content creation, and are accessed only during active user actions.
• Phone State is used only on older Android versions to detect call interruptions and will be removed in the next release.
• Storage & Media permissions allow users to select and save photos, videos, and audio files, limited strictly to user-selected content.
• Bluetooth is used only to connect headphones during voice calls and voice chat room conversations, without location tracking.
• Account access supports third-party OAuth login only on older Android versions and will be removed in the next release.
• Notifications are used solely for delivering messages and call alerts and are user-controlled.

How to delete your account

1. Open Mizah
2. Tap Mine > Our Policy > Delete Account

Once you tapped Delete Account, a confirm window will show up and ask whether you ensure to delete your account thoroughly from Mizah. This window not only applies for your confirmation but also reminds you the current remaining diamond balance of your wallet in Mizah to prevent the potential loss of your property due to careless and thoughtless operations.

Deleting your account will:

• Delete your account and all related info from Mizah
• Erase your message history
• Delete your diamonds & game coins
• Delete all your family feature history
• Erase your moments history

All your pictures, sex, email, phone number (in case you are using it to log in), IP and all related info will be erased from our data base and you cannot undo this step.

If you delete your account you cannot regain access to your account.

User Data Deletion Request

1. Data Deletion Request. In accordance with Meta's (Facebook's parent company) platform terms and privacy policies, if you have ever used our services by logging in with or linking your Facebook account, you can request the deletion of the data we have obtained from Facebook that is related to you in the following ways:

1.1 Via Facebook Settings Page. Visit the Facebook "Settings" page: https://www.facebook.com/settings. Under the "Apps and Websites" tab, find our app.

• Click "Remove" or "Revoke Access."
• After confirming the removal, Facebook will send us a data deletion request, and we will delete the data obtained from Facebook that is related to you, as per your request.

2. Data Processing. When you initiate a data deletion request through the methods above, we will take the following actions:

Delete Facebook-related data: We will delete all data we have obtained from Facebook that is related to you, including but not limited to:

• Facebook User ID (App-Scoped User ID)
• Facebook login credentials (e.g., Access Token)
• User information such as name, profile picture, etc., obtained from Facebook.

Retain other data: If you only request the deletion of Facebook-related data, your app account and other non-Facebook data (e.g., email, phone number, in-app data, etc.) will not be deleted.

If you wish to delete your app account and all data, please use the "Delete Account" feature within the app.

3. Data Deletion Status Inquiry. After receiving your data deletion request, we will provide status updates via the following methods:

• Enter the confirmation code to view the current processing status.

4. Scope of Data Deletion. We will delete all Facebook-related data obtained from Facebook that is related to you, including but not limited to:

• User ID: App-Scoped User ID (ASID)
• Login Credentials: Facebook Access Token
• User Information: Name, profile picture, etc., obtained from Facebook
• Historical Data: Logs, backups, caches, and other system data containing Facebook-related information

Refund notice

1. Generally Mizah doesn't support or encourage any kinds of refunds because our products are virtual and one-time consumed. But to build a fair circumstance of the platform, our refund policy is applicable for transactions made within 180 days from the date of purchase. Mizah will investigate every refund request and sanction the accounts that have malicious refund behaviors.
2. To ensure a smooth refund transaction, we kindly ask you to have the equivalent amount you wish to receive back in the form of diamonds on your account, otherwise the refunds can't be successfully proceeded when your account is insufficient. This will enable us to proceed with the refund promptly and efficiently. Once the required diamond balance is confirmed on your account, please notify us through Mizah Team and we will initiate the refund process immediately. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. In the case We discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that We will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
